“Vice Information Tonight” canceled, firm declares layoffs

Vice Media Group introduced that it was streamlining its information division, together with layoffs and the cancelation of its signature newscast, Vice Information Tonight.

Bruce Dixon and Hozefa Lokhandwala, co-CEOs of Vice Media Group, mentioned that the adjustments have been in “response to the present market situations and enterprise realities going through VMG and the broader information and media trade.”

Dixon and Lokhandwala mentioned that Vice Information could be streamlined to “deal with our rising digital video enterprise and our Information documentary and sequence manufacturing enterprise for VTV and distribution companions worldwide.”

Vice Information Tonight, which airs on Vice TV, may have its final broadcast in Could, they mentioned.
